Every order and commission is handled with as much care and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase!

That being said, all sales of original artwork are final. Landry Myers Studio is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, or for any damage incurred post delivery.

If there is an issue with your artwork upon arrival, you may email me with documentation of the issue and we can discuss options, such as a refund or replacement artwork. This will be will be determined on a case by case basis.

Rights to Artwork and Images

All artwork, images, and graphics are the sole property of Landry Myers and may not be used by any third party without written permission.

Copying or reproducing artwork created by Landry Myers (as seen on LandryMyersStudio.com, or elsewhere) is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist.

Landry Myers Studio retains all rights to all artwork until it has been bought by a private or public collector at which time the collector receives ownership of the physical artwork to display it in their home or business but does not receive the copy right to the artwork.

Landry Myers Studio retains all rights to the image of all artwork including the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings.

Landry Myers Studio retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created by Landry Myers unless the the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to the purchasing of the original painting.

Your privacy is very important to me. I do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party. I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

SECURITY

Payment information is not retained by Landry Myers Studio. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Whenever sensitive information is collected (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to me in a secure way through a Payment Processing System (Stripe).
